I founded KMK Cleaning in 2006 after spending almost 20 years in the high technology services industry. In that time, I was often struck by how the initial enthusiasm of an engagement by both sides and how that enthusiasm deteriorated as the engagement continued. The deterioration was ALWAYS attributed to inattention by the service provider and a lapse in communication resulting in the provider not understanding the client’s perspective and goals.
I knew I could deliver top flight customer service by staying in tune with our customer’s perspective and goals and by providing an open line of communication so those goals could become the driving force behind our services. At KMK Cleaning we understand we prove our value every time we clean. We understand your environment is a reflection on you and we are serious about being a trusted partner.
